OUR STORY
We are a family from Vabriga, a small village on the western coast of Istria. We found our joy in growing olive trees, in nature, and in the moments we share with family and friends.
We grow our olives on red and white Istrian soil, two characteristic types of Istrian terrain that give our oil its distinctive character.
From a blend of the indigenous Istrian olive varieties Bjelica, Rošinjola and Buža, we create extra virgin olive oil that bears the name Gioia – the Italian word for joy.
