In Northern Istria,between Grožnjan and Oprtalj, at 240 meters above sea level,there is a village of Završje,where I started with beekeeping in 1993.
At our heritage estate ,in the old authentic Istrian stone house,we have opened a honey tasting room ,where visitors can be treated to samples of
our own honey products.
Tu further improve my work,I successfully completed the ENAP honey tasting and beekeeping courses in Trieste in 2001.Due to the environmentally friendly surrounding, we manage to produce honey of a very high quality,which can be confirmed by numerous medals and certificates achieved at various honey quality rating contests.
Using Langstroth beehives , we have developed the manufacturing of authentic bee products at the apiaries stationed in the surroundings
of Završje . In accordance with strict hygiene and sanitation rules which accompany the quality of our products,each honey jar is manually filled with utmost care in our own extracting and bottling plant.
